Welcome! I will be updating these pages constantly as new ideas get turned into uniquely useful beautiful things. Before I retired, professionally I constantly had dozens of really important things to develop and execute. In my time since the only thing that has changed is “really important things” are now the creation of those “uniquely useful beautiful things”. I like the difference.

Each of the pieces of wall art has its own story, providing color and richness to the visual and tactile experiences when examining the piece. On those pages I will relate the stories that created the piece. I let the wood speak to me when I do these pieces, along with the stones and jewelry and computer parts or whatever else I have on hand. I love tearing down my retired computers instead of whatever else. The best stuff is inside the HDD, and there’s a trick to getting them open.

Quotes

Sometimes I come across a quote, you know, someone said something or part of a lyric in a song, and it just resonated with me as “quote-able”, meaningful in its context. Maybe I said it along the way in my journey through LarryLand, which is where the term “Larry-isms” came from, that being dubbed upon me by a client in a meeting who wouldn’t start a meeting without me donating a “Larryism” to kick it off. He understood my general meeting strategy and wanted some for himself, smart guy. It’s fun stuff, and you’ll find a lot of that in here.

I’ve divided it up into “Refrigerator Magnets” and “Desk Worthy”. In truth, each could be either, so if you’d like that just let me know.
